What’s my responsibility?

The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 outline your duties as a landlord to make sure all gas appliances, fittings, chimneys and flues are safe and working efficiently. If you’re letting a property with gas appliances installed, you’ve got three main legal responsibilities which include gas safety checks, gas safety records and maintenance

Boiler service – Inspection of gas appliances in the rental property,
Gas safety certificate (CP12) issued to the landlord – £80 
We work with landlords & agencies to provide all our services at a reduced price, depending on the number of properties. Please contact us for further details.
